I was raised in such an abusive environment, completed with emotional neglect and rejection from my biological parents. And I feel that the excess baggage from my childhood past life time often haunts me. I want to be free from my excess baggage of my sad, hateful, miserable, unhappy and stifling past time. No matter how hard I tried, no matter how good things that I did, no matter how strong I worked on it.... it keeps coming back to me. The defect of my traumatic abusive past time often affected people around me so bad. I do realize this.... and I need to change. How can I release myself completely from it?

Hunny it only makes you stronger if you let it, look at it as privelage! my childhood sounds pretty similar....it takes so much time to get over it, it's not easy, but not impossible either.... you're human..and life is not easy.... just know that you are who you are, and the miserable past will only make you more compassionate towards people in your life..... everyday is a new day... live life to the fullest, you will never live the same moment twice...can't spend it miserable...you will always be different from the most around you... but its no fun if we were all the same.... God is your real daddy, and husband.... he always loved you, and will continue to do so eternally!

You just started putting it behind you by knowing you have and issue and need to rid it from your life. The first thing you need to do is talk about it with a therapist or counselor, or even a support group. It's called PTSD-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and this can follow you around for the rest of your life if you do not seek help. A lot of people don't realize certain situations, comments or whatever can trigger this. Battered women, children who were abused-these people usually suffer for years after. Good luck.

I think doing your best to find love will put the sadness from your past behind you. As they say, love is the only house big enough for all the pain in the world. Time heals, and so does love. I know from experience. If this doesn't help a therapist can talk you through your problems.

Only you can release yourself from your past. If you want to move on bad enough, you will. Your parents may have been damaged and dysfunctional. This doesn't mean that you also have to be this way. Value yourself and think of how strong you are to have gotten this far considering the odds. You have the freedom to free yourself. Don't waste your life looking back.

There is help and you CAN recover but it takes a great deal of work with the child inside you. A therapist may be able to help. Here's a web site: http://therapists.psychologytoday.com/ppc/prof_search.php?iorb=4764
Good luck. The basic process is to learn that what happened to you was not your fault and that you are a good, worthwhile, valuable person.
