Yes they should. 8 teams. That would give 3 rounds of games. Have the first round at the same time the regular bowl games are played. Each one of the playoff games should be bowl games as well. It would only go two extra weeks (and that for 4 teams.) The winning team would get money from 3 bowl games, the 2nd place team would have won 2. Good money for good teams and you still have all the "lesser" bowl games as well. It works for everyone. I would say enough money would come in from the last two rounds to make it very profitble for all involved.

this has been the same arguement for the like the last 10 years at least, and inless you get the number 1 and 2 team play every year fro it then i really think its needed, what is with some years 1 and 3 play that is no good and this year my be 1 and 2 but they already played once so y not give some one else a shot at number 1 but then again you might not have 1 and 2 witch it should alwayz be, i think there should be a 10 team play off if you make the top ten then you get a shot, and team 1 and 2 should get a by like the nfl, and the higher ranked team get home feild, it will prob never happen in our life time if ever, but i think they should, would make it more exicting less contruvericy that way and then teams like usc ND florida or ark. will have a chance to play for it,

Yes...the BCS rankings based way too much on popularity...everyone should have a chance to play in the championship and with the BCS ranking only the top 2 teams do. And we all the top two teams are always beatable so why not have a playoff and give another team a chance of an exciting upset.

Ohio State won't even attain the nationwide Championship interest, much less win it. West Virginia won't lose to Uconn or Pitt. So, till the BCS extremely has a dying desire, the Mountaineers will finally end up enjoying for the nationwide Championship. If Kansas beat Missouri, and Oklahoma beat Kansas, THEN Ohio State has a case, yet for some reason i don't see Kansas prevailing the next day.

Yes, Definitely. There are so many one or two, or maybe even 3 loss teams that could win. That would make no more split titles.

No, they should just give it to the Spartans, they are way better than every team in the league.

NO, most of the time the BCS works. All they need is a plus one game if they need it.
