Since it is not leaking it is not the front or rear mains. It is an internal seal.

You have to take the transmission off, disassemble the transmission replace the seals and bands (might as well do it right and rebuild while in there) reassemble the transmission and put transmission back on car.
Simple if you have a shop and the tools to do it with. If not best take it to a transmission shop..
Major items you are going to need:
good strong level concrete work surface.
good quality transmission jack
four good quality jack stands rated for your car's weight.
Good heavy duty floor jack.
A good chain to sling the enging when the transmission is removed.
Air compressor (optional)
good 1/2 drive impact wrench (optional)
good 1/2 socket set with rachet and break over bar
good hands tools open in and box in wrenches.
Good set of screwdrivers.

Not a job to be undertaking if not experienced machanic.

actually, you are going to be spending lots of money for nothing...If the tramsmission fluid is at the recommended level, and the trans has alot of miles and has not been serviced regularly. The transmission is loaded with seals from the front (inputshaft) seal to the rear or axle seals. From the imformation given, any combination is reason to consider replacement.the seals you are acking about are inside and would reqiure rebuilding
