It is a highly caustic soda flake sold to industrial users for water treatment and pharmaceuticals. It is most commonly used in the manufacturing of bleach. What do you want it for and do u know how to use it? Are you familiar with it's MSDS? It is a watched substance and you wanting to buy it will raise red flag ererywhere. Sodium hypocrite can also be an ingredient in clerical bombs!!! If you are cleaning try buying TSP at your local hardware store.
