Solicitation does NOT meen sex. . . .

Solicitation meens you ask for somthing inappropriate, or in an inappropriate way, or in an inappropriate place. While it is used commonly to refer to people who solicite sex, that is not it's meaning, you can solicite drugs, money, or anything.

Trying to seduce someone by use of the internet(i.e. chatrooms, myspace etc.), usually refers to a minor. Solicitation is the technical term used for "dirty talk" if someone were to press charges.
