how can i stop being a b it ch?

i take all of my problems out on everyone, especially my boyfriend. i want to stop, but i cant do it! any advise-

take time out to get to know you. it appears that there are other underlying issues that make everything else the last straw. are you battling with suppressed anger? depression? low self esteem? did someone deeply hurt you? fear of abandonment? the need to be loved? simply understood? find what the root of the matter is and then you will be able to deal with others accordingly. prayer helps as well...

By just conditioning yourself NOT to take it out on others - give yourself a time out and go somewhere alone to get your feelings out by screaming, writing, punching your pillow, whatever. Try to always remember the huge cost of possibly losing your bf or other friends because of your bitchy behavior and ask yourself if it would be worth it just so you could be immature and let your bitchy feelings out instead of using conrol over them. It's a great feeling when you know you've been strong and kept yourself from doing the easy thing - which would be to give into your mean/angry/bitchy feelings. Keep track of the times you kept from being bitchy and give yourself some type of reward to keep up the good attitude and behavior!
