not the care bears. it was a hannah Barbera cartoon about these 3 bears living in the zoo. they were all kind of disco-ish and had afros and stuff.

The Hair Bears consisted of Hair Bear, Square Bear and Bubi Bear. These hip streetwise characters lived in Cave Block Number Nine at the Wonderland Zoo.
Tell me they weren't fooling around with LSD and weed.
