I guess its because they don't really show up as well on the Christmas tree. Purple's kinda a darker color and Christmas is about light :) Purple would be cool though, I mean who really cares all colored lights are cool...that's the good thing about Christmas, you're aloud to over decorate!!!

There are purple christmas lights. I remember having them last christmas. They were easy to find at the times of christmas too.

I have no idea they have every other color. I would love purple Christmas lights. I buy Halloween lights and put them on my tree. But it sucks that the sets are so short for Halloween. We decorate in purple black and silver.

I've seen purple lights. Most stores have them at Halloween but there's no rule you can't put them up at Christmas too.

There are... Some look more like crandberry but even those are beauties. I use purple and green... What an awesome combination !!
If you can't find them near you then try looking at halloween time...
We have them here for both holidays!

We bought all purple light for our tree last year but they looked pink when we turned them on. Very icky-ish. This year we're going all white lights.
