I cramped and had sore boobs and thought it was time for the woman thing but it turns out it wasn't. There is a good chance you can get pregnant if you just miss ONE pill.

Do a test. If you are missing pills, you are not protected. The dosage of those one a day pills is very low;taking them after you have sex is not the same. In fact, if you are pregnant, it's not good at all, which is why you need a test.
And yes, you can have period-like cramps in the early days of pregnancy.

It is possible to get crampy yes, but a period wouldn't be the cause. Did you do a home test? if not, do one or else go see the dr and get a blood test done and you'll know for sure and you can find out the exact cause of the pain. Good luck.

i was 4 weeks pregnant and had period pains on and off for a few days, was checked out and told this is normal, had no more since, but another friend is pregnant and also had period pain. get a pregnancy test, a digital one is more accurate. good luck, whatever you want the result to be.

I had period pain at the start of my pregnancy, so I'd say yes it's possible, but to be totally honest, stop looking for potential excuses and do a test. It's going to be better for your sanity in the long run!

Yes, take a couple of pregnancy tests but it may be a hormone imbalance brought on by the birth control pill.
