I lived in the UK in '93-'94. I live in Northern Florida now. The weather you're going to experience in Florida is considerably warmer at this time of year than it is anywhere in the UK. That said, the weather can vary greatly. I took my family to Disney World last year for a week in early December (by the way... THE BEST time of year to go!). The weather varied from sunny and in the 80s to rainy and in the 40s at night (sorry, I know you use the Celsius scale in the UK). Bring a variety of clothes... You'll want a jacket & pants at night; shorts and lighter shirts during the day.

Hope you have a great time!

Your guess is as good as ours. I have lived here for a few years and it has been unseasonably cold for a few days. We just had a cold front that brought temperatures in the low 40's (F) at night and highs in the mid-50's to low 60's. However, today we have temps in the 70's. Tonight we're expecting to drop into the 50's. By next week, we're expecting temps in the 80's--according to the local weather gurus.

My suggestion:

Bring a variety of clothing. Some light slacks. Some pairs of shorts. Enough shirts to layer if necessary. A good pullover or light jacket.

You don't want to pay a theme-park mark-up for a new fleece.

I'm in Central Florida (IE. Orlando area) and we are experiencing about a wind chill of somewhere around 30 degrees at night. During the day, it gets from anywhere to 60 to 75 degrees. The temperature depends on the day.
