4 Aces does not stop someone from having a Royal Flush:
Your Cards: Ace clubs, Ace diamonds
Players Cards: King, Queen spades
Community Cards: Ace spades, ace hearts, jack spades, ten spades.
That looks like four aces and a royal flush to me!

If you're playing with wild cards, it's Five of a Kind; otherwise, it's a Royal Flush, consisting of Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 of the same suit.

I think it depends on how the situation is. A poker player can make a good play even though they don't have a good cards. Good poker players can make their cards into a good hand if they know their opponents and how to attack them mentally.
