I want to meet people from other countries, but I don't have time to devote to chat rooms. Any other ideas that aren't creepy and weird?

write a letter, stick it in a thick glass jar or bottle, and drop it in the ocean and say inthe letter who you are where you live and your address!!!!! ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! hey it could work. unless it gets hit by a boat!! or the person who gets it is a creepy staulker person!!!
i'm just kidding i think the best way is to meet people here just don't give them to much info.
