get a medicated cream from your doctor. to prevent acne scars, do not pinch poke squeeze or puncture acne-it causes damage to the skin. do not apply oil or grease or any other substance that might clog pores. wash your face with plain ordinary pure water--no soap of any kind! when washing and drying your face pat it or rub very gently--never vigorously scrub your face with anything. some people claim that UV rays from the sun help their acne, but the potential for skin damage and cancer is too great a risk for this to be really helpful. its been more or less proven that what you eat really doesnt affect acne one way or the other. and remember, it does get better as you mature.

You can do a few things. make sure you wash your face in the morning and before bed. You should also make sure you keep your hands off of your face. You can also go to a dermatologist if you have major issues with Acne.

Go see your dermatologist first if it is that bad they'll probably start you out on something like acutane. But if it's not serious enough in your opinion to seek a dermatologist then purchase Proactive solution, it works really well for some people and is fairly inexpensive plus they give free trials.

The Clean & Clear on the spot acne treatment works really well for me and a lot of Clearisil "the clear your skin in three days guarenteed" works well for me also but it also depends on the type of skin you have if its oily, dry or combined

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
