Considering the present strength and forms of both the teams, it will be very difficult for England to retain the Ashes

Anything is possible. the Aussie cricket team is so arrogant at the moment, especially McGrath and Warne.

I know Warney can back it up, but McGrath hasn't played a Test for 11 months. As for the batsmen, they will be nervous, especially Martyn, Gilly and Clarke, who were very ordinary in England. These 3 better start well, or we'll see Jacques, Hodge or Watson by the end of the series.

As for the bowling, I hope the selectors wake up and put Macgill in the team for the last 4 Tests, cos that will ensure we win.

Bring it on. Go Aussies!

They have a advantage because they only need to draw to retain them but saying that I think the biggest winners are going to be the viewers not matter who wins it will be a great summer.
