Here in Missouri you would be called a freak in San Diego where I was born you would be popular

If I didn't live in Chicago I'd wear flip flops year round. It's kinda hard when there's two feet of snow on the ground though, plus you'll slip and fall on your a-s-s. I tried wearing flip flops to take out the garbage last winter and I took a nose dive and there was only a dusting of snow on the ground. It was quite attractive.

my second home is in the south. Some people wear them year round because it's always warm there.

I do it, and I live where it snows, I don't wear them outside in the winter, but I wear them around the house.

I do it. I hate shoes!! The only time I wear shoes is when I am going to the snow.

depends on where you are in the world, for instance in Somolia only the privliged people can afford them if you are in the USA then only the poor would wear them

I think it is awesome! I love when people wear what they feel is comfortable and what they feel is right for them. I am someone who dresses for myself and not for what is right for mainstream fashion minded society.

I see that alot here in California. I think they just want to keep their tan on their feet. They don't want it to fade away. I guess.
