One you enjoy, one you don't.

The simplest answer would be the word...no.
This would imply that you are in a relationship and not with that person at the time. A woman could want to cheat, be willing to cheat, and about to "do it", then at the last minute say no. That would cheating and then rape if the sex still continued. I think this is the situation you may be referring to. I think in this situation you address the rape first and then consider the fidelity issue.

When you cheat on someone you know what you are doing. Whether you know if it is right or wrong it is up to you. When you are raped you a forced and you had no say in the matter.

Cheating on someone means your going out with someone or doing something with someone while you have a bf or gf. Getting rape by someone is a whole different story. When you get rape by someone there forcing you to do something or there taking something and press it on your body really hard. you get in jail for raping some1 but not for cheating on someone

cheating is intentinally being in a heat of passion with someone else and getting raped by someone is not cheating because you didn't want to be involved with that person, they forced you! If this happened to you I suggest that you get counseling. It could really put you in a deep depression!

Cheating is willingly going after/accepting sex/relationship with another person.

Rape is most definitely unwilling.

Then there are special situations. For instance..if you flirt with someone for attention...then they force you to have sex with them, i would call that rape, not cheating. But if you tell your partner tell them the entire story. Not just "I was raped" say, "i admit i was going after so and so, but it ended very badly and so and so raped me."

i guarantee it will be fine.

Cheating would be intentionally going out to sleep with someone behind your partners back. Rape is without consent.

Getting raped by someone means that there wasn't consent by both parties. The victim had to have said NO and not wanting any sexual acts performed on them.

Cheating I think is that both parties have agreed to have sex or perform sexual acts with each other.

It is a matter of willingness. If you willingly have a sexual relationship or an encounter with some one then that is cheating! If you are forced into a sexual encounter by threats of violence or other means compelled to comply then that is rape!

basically what they all said. Cheating is the one you do when you want to and rape is when you are being forced into it and cant get them to stop.

If you didn't want it and made that clear: it was rape
If you enjoyed it and were going out with someone else: cheating
