IE: tools>internet options> u will c a delete files button click it, your computer may get slow at this time because there are so many to get rid of. you can also disable websites from setting them but almost anypage you go to will tell u "You must have Cookies enabled"

Tools > Internet Options... > Second Section - Temporary Internet Files > Delete Cookies!

Good luck! I hate them too but the ones I really like are the Homemade ones!

To delete all cookies

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
Click Delete cookies, and then click Yes.
Click Close, and then click OK.

Go to TOOLS on the tool bar at the top, a drop down menu click on internet options click delete cookiies also you can delete temp files etc.
