when I pull the skin back, I have noticed that I Have little white spots at the tip of the skin when pulling back, and when I,m erect that skin feels very tender & uncomfortable, any Ideas would be greatly appreciated

You may have thrush. Get it checked out at local health centre.
Treatment readily available and easy to apply. Nothing to be ashamed of, as it a common ailment in both men and women

Don't take too much notice of those answer talking about STIs, warts etc. The little white dots could just be small, benign cysts just under the skin - these are very common in this area.
I agree probably worth checking with the doc - but don't worry too much - not yet anyway ...!

hello johnboy sound like you have thrush also has the doctor prescribed you antibiotics lately as the strong ones can cause thrush so anyhow go to the docs and get some antifungal cream

Sounds like thrush to me. But you are best to get it checked anyway by a doctor. If it is thrush, the cure is really simple. Just cream for awhile and no sex without protection or you will pass it on. If you have a partner then they should be checked as well to prevent further infecion.

yes ...its called fungus !!!
change your underwear daily .. wash all of them in disinfectant.. keep your pubic hair trimmed as its the house of microbes . you get a lot of anti fungal creams at the chemists use them .. wash the tip of your penis after every piss.and drink a lot of water . why water?? the urine also should be dilute so that when it stays on the tip it does not harm you ... happy ?
oh yes .. if this continues or the situation is worse ,consult a doctor

apparently a number of white spots are spose to be normal. but if it is painful you should see a doctor. if you think you may have thrush, try getting some canestan cream to put on it.

This is what it is called a sexually transmitted disease!! All you can do now is find the number for your nearest GU clinic or visit your doctor. In future wear a condom!!
