so i received my WARM-up jacket (windbreaker) for volleyball and its pretty big. i ordered a medium and the arms and body of the jacket are huge. is there some way i can tailor the jacket myself? or is there a way that i can pay someone to tailor it for me? i've never heard of anyone tailoring windbreaker jackets with inside insulation. thanks!

make an appointment w/ your local tailor & talk to them about your situation. If they are unable to fix it confront the company who manufactured your jacket & see if there is any way you can swap it out for a smaller size.

you can call the dry cleaners around your house or go ask them in person. they usually tailor but i dont know if they only tailor specific materials.
