Are there any services that manufacture clothes for girls with wide hips and small waists?

I have big curvy hips and a skinny waste and flat stomach so it's really hard to find jeans and skirts that fit me. If they fit in the hips then they're way too frumpy in the waist. I want the hi-waisted jeans to come back because all I can find is either low jeans or those grandma jeans with the elastic waistbands.

I just think classic high waists are sexier because they show off a small waist, like Marilyn Monroe and Cindy Crawford

Surely the low waist would be good for you as you can but to fit the part between your waist and your hips and they dont have to fit both, I should know I have the same problem.

Try Apple Bottoms jeans. You can also get jeans from Mervyn's and JC Penney in the miss section that aren't too high waist but will fit nicely.
