I did get my period but it kept going from light to heavy and heavy to light. And my period never acted like that before. I took a test yesterday but it came up negative could it be too early???

Perhaps you should contact your doctor then, and see what s/he thinks the issue might be.
No reason to take any chances...our health is too important!

Any change in your lifestyle? Stress? Weight going up or down? Anything different happen this month that was out of the ordinary? All that can have an effect.

it could be anything from a hormonal imbalance to an std to being preg, go see a doc asap.

YES! It also could be a sexual decease you picked up: go see a Doctor.
