i appreciate u r concern for poor. since u are in Xth class u have to complete intermediate. then u r eligible to enter in any medical college. but u have to clear the entrance exam. after completion of u r basic degree m.b.b.s u are eligible to do ur favourite subject diabeties which is rampant in the present day society. join in the reputed medical college after u r 10+2 stream and complete u r selected area. all the best.
