He said I was taking up two parking spaces on the street. He doesn't own the street. What is his problem? Is he crazy maybe? I try to be nice but it is becoming more difficult.

people don't read this. I was on the STREET. He said I had parked 5 feet forward of where the car should be. Not tenant parking. City parking.

Yeah landlords suck & so do homeowners associations. I live in a condo where people like to take my parking spot all the time that I paid dearly for but on the same token god forbid I park in a guest parking spot (ya know bc my spot was taken) only then are they so quick to call and complain! I guess this is one of the many wonders of the world. Just brush your sholders off!

You are right that he doesn't the street- but could another tenant have complained to him about a lack of parking, and the landlord over-reacted and yelled at you? He could be a mental case, or just a hot head who doesn't handle stress to well.

Maybe he was just having a bad day. I think at some point we all yell at someone for something irrational. However, if this happening on a regular bases I would consider moving or just taking one parking space.

Even though he does not own the street, he is prpbably just trying to make sure all of his tenants have a place to park. Be a little more considerate and only use one parking spot please.

Some people get very poessesive about car parking spaces and whcih bit of the road is "yours" and "theirs", it's a massive cause of neighbourhood unease.

Tell him to tone it down to library voices or you will call the police on him for harrasment!

Just ignore it. I'm not quite sure where he gets off yelling at you for one, or commenting on property that has nothing to do with him.

If you look like you picture, you deserve it. As for him yelling, he has the right to an opinion.
