can someone help me on how to do my makeup?
i have blue eyes and dirty blond hair. ♥

I am the same way. OK! Wear a creamy colored lip GLOSS. Wear your eyeshadow like this::::::::: White shimmery on the whole eyelid and then put a darker shade of brown on the lower part of the eyelid and make a little wing of dark brown on the outer corner of it and then just add a dark shade of black eyeliner and mascara. That should work! Trust me on this one I have the same exact hair and eye color as you do so I know that it will accent your blue eyes and the cream color eyeshadow and lip gloss will accent your hair color! My work here is done!

Go light. Don't wear too much. I've got green eyes and dirty blond hair and makeup that's too dark is scary on me. I like to go for the golds and light browns.

keep it simple! i have green eyes and dirty blond hair! some mascara, light foundation, and a nude shade of eyeshadow can do wonders! apply mascara FIRST so that way you realize how defined your eyes can be without liner or crazy shadow! as for your hair wear it down and straighten or curl it a lil, because if you do some crazy do' its probably going to get messed up in no time! try out stuff ahead of time and look thru magazines for ideas! best of luck!!!

first of all plz dont say ''dirty'' blonde hair....every girl is pretty and special in her own way.secondly,bout the makeup....wellll.....first apply a light pink roosh on ur cheeks....not soo much just lightly.then take ur mascara and curl ur eye lashes .then apply a light skin colour of eye shadow on ur eye lids.and then voila!
(i just told u this cuz u asked me.but what i really think is u dont need any makeup to make urself pretty cuz no one looks at the makeup.cuz u put it then it goes away after some time.the main thing is ur innerself.if ur innerself is pretty,then u r considered as the prettiest woman ever.sorry if i hurt u )

if u r wearing blue,then do ur eye makeup in blue.
it will match to ur eyes and dress also.
straighten yoru hair,apply light pink shade glossy lipstick.
apply pink rose on your cheeks.
wear long ear rings blue in colour.

Just straighten ur hair up and don't tie it up, leave it open. In case of your face, apply some foundation and apply pink rose to ur cheeks. Put mascara to ur eyelashes. Don't apply lipstick to ur lips or kajal and eyeliner to your eyes.Have a Happy Birthday!

If you like pink you should put a white on your eyes then blend it with a pink. Get a pink lip gloss. Black mascara. And lightly put a light pink blush on, Then you will look really HOT!!!

a nice llight pink with show your eyes and black mascara with a light pink gloss will look great. put your hair in a bun with a nice ribbon. get your eye- brows done and shape up your hair before you pull it up. *make sure you shampoo and condition your hair . do a face mask to make your face nice and shiny before adding makeup.*take a curling iron and curl your hair before pulling it up. *paint your finger nails a nice soft color that matches your outfit ( no black ) * use crest white strips on your teeth just in case! ******** i hope you have a great sixteen!
