Depending on your balance and overall use of other high heeled shoes, it might take SOME getting used to, but it won't be hard.
The key is to stand up straight and keep your body centered. Looking down when you walk can make it harder. Walk slow, there is rarely a good reason you should be running in them.
When you get the shoes, try walking a bit in the store. If you wobble from the get go, try a shorter heel. Always wear them around your house before you take them out. That way you can get more used to the shoe.

It's pretty complex for me but then again I am pigeon toed meaning i walk inwards and the heels of the boots go low inside and are fine on the outsides lol. I also get my heels stuck in everything i walk over being that I live in a big city. And don't even think about shoes like that in the winter. So it's pretty complicated.

practice practice practice... keep your head up, your tummy tight, and your back straight. lead the step with your hip, then the knee, then the foot so you come down on the heel and roll to the ball of the foot then the toes is an smooth motion.
at first you'll want to come down on the whole bottom of your foot... and you'll look clunky and awkward. once you've gotten used to coming down in a heel point instead of the whole shoe you'll get used to balancing. just practice a lot (watching models on tv can help) and you'll look graceful and smooth in just a few days.
a few more hints: if the bottom of the boot is smooth you can purchase little treads that adhere to the bottom of the boot so they're not all slippy and slidy on smooth floors or cement. also if you find your toes getting pinched a lot you can get pads that go inside your shoe that adhere where your ball of your foot and your toes are... they're soft and also keep your foot from sliding forward in the shoe (which happens a lot in heels) so your toes don't end up cramped into the tip of your boot after and hour. they only cost about $2 but are a life safer if you're going to be out and about in your new sexy boots.

I find high heeled boots far more comfortable and easy to walk in than high heeled shoes. I have boots with a heels about 3.5 or 4 inches high and i can wear them all day which i can't do with heeled shoes.

EASIER! Personally, I find high-heeled boots easier to walk in than regular high heels.

Getting up and down the stairs is the hardest when wearing heels. I suggest that you don't get super high stilletos. A wedge boot is much easier to walk in. You can easily twist your ankle with high stilletos, especially if youre not used to it.

it's something you have to get used to. if you don't usually wear high heels then don't get boots too high. walk around in them at home and get used to the feel. then it's not so hard.

its not hard at all. if your not familiar with heels wear the around your house for a few hours each day before you wear them to an outing or going shopping all day. Wearing them before you go out will break them in & be a lot more comfortable for you!

not hard at all...just do a dry run (walk around the store... alot). the skinnier the heel, the more balance required.

You have to get used to them, and they are not easy to walk in for long distances. Not because they feel wobbly, but because they have a tendency to hurt your feet. But they look cute!
