It has been reported that the increase in Aids patients and HIV infected people is going up all the time, this is down to asylum seekers who are infected. Their is no getting away from the fact the nhs is overstretched at all times yet with the lack of resources that are available to the services surely its about time only british citizens who have payed all their days in national insurance stamps should be able to use its services. With maybe the exception of A&e, no foreigners should be allowed to bludge tax payers money.Sorry but why should we as tax payers fund health tourisim if we had a goverment that wasnt so fecking incompetent getting into an unwinnable war they wouldnt have taken the eye of the ball and sort this mess out.

No we shouldn't, But we tax payers who have paid NHS all our lives will not get a say in this as we might upset asylum seekers or someone else!

It is fair. Most of the nurses and doctors are from the third world anyway. To be honest when was the last time you saw a white doctor. So in view of this when they go to their local HS over there and it is closed for lack of staff, it makes sense to come over here doesn't it ? Chill out.
