What are Algeria's relations with the Kurds.?

This info is very important, I need it to write a position paper. Does anyone know what Algeria's foreign policy towards the Kurds and the formation of a free and independent Kurdistan?

Once you understand their political struggle against the Algerian central government, you willl come to the conslusion that this government has neither a relationship nor any kind of clear policy vis a vis the kurdes in Kurdistan or any other minority ethnic groups.
