have my period sooner? any remedies? thanks

Not that I know...a period can be put off or skipped...but I have never heard of moving the process forward to have it sooner...your body cycles at a particular rate, the uterine lining is produced, and then shed when it's not needed (thus your period)...
Do some research online...but I would guess you're pretty much stuck waiting for your body to do it when it is ready...
