Buy some frozen crusts and make your own home-made pizzas . You can bake your own b-day cake to save more money . Then rent a movie

you could go out to home town buffet and stuff urself w/ food u only have 2 pay for the people that go but not for the food

why not you and your closest friends go out to a nice restaurant or even a nice movie just have a girl day out of it .
