what are they have to do?? What is different between EN and RN

an en is an enrolled nurse they can do some things RN's do like administer medications but they cannot do higher level things you learn in training..RN's get more work because they are more qualified and they get payed more the big diff is EN is about a year full time RN is about 3 years full time..they dont wrap bodies anymore you just straigten em out and bag them in a respectful manor..its really not all that bad..Im a nurse and its not as bad as people tell you
