what seems "dumb to me" is the belief that this option somehow impinges on english speakers rights, or that by the option being there that you have to learn spanish. sheesh.

Well, I wouldn't say it bothers me, mostly because the US dosen't have an official language. I think it may bother some people who are afraid of change, because if enough spanish speaking immigrants come into the country, enough to make Spanish speaking americans the majority, then everything would be in Spanish, and people would have to learn a new language.
Makes me wish I had taken Spanish instead of French in HS.

It doesn't bother me much, but it bothers others. I think it just makes people think that English isn't the major language anymore... it's almost like a threat, I guess.

yet another one in all people that's humorous simply by fact it relatively is what ought to be on the device. the certainty of our college equipment is scarier than people understand. (enable my coaching certificates lapse -- wasn't going to place up with it.)

I could really careless but it looks like if anyone is going to move to another country you'd want to learn to speak it's language. I don't see why we have to speak a 2nd in a country that speaks English.....Just seems dumb too me.

OH GODDDDDD! this bothers me SO much!
because it assumes you cant speak english. even if its not the first option on the menu.

because im tired of being politically correct...you live in this country learn the xxxx language...try going to vincente fox and telling him you want ALL the mexican govt documents in english...FAT CHANCE.
