Put on a sweater.

I feel your pain (or your cold rather). I lost a lot of weight a few years ago, and now get cold VERY easily. Under 70° is chilly and under 60° is cold ot me. In the summer my A/C is set between 80° and 84°...during the winter I just spend a lot of time being cold, because an 80° house would break the bank.

If you think this feeling of cold is due to an illness, see your doctor. Some meds can effect your sensitivity to heat and cold...weight loss/metabolism changes can do so as well....and also age (older people tend to be more prone to being cold).

Well, the absolute simpliest thing for you to do is turn up the heat a degree or two. Sometimes it only takes one or two degrees to make a huge comfort difference. Either that, or wear some extra clothing, such as a sweater or sweatshirt. In addition, make sure that you aren't too thin and carrying around too little body fat. Some extremely thin people are constantly cold.

If all else fails, get a cat or dog that wants to cuddle up with you.

Wrap up in a wool blanket. Maybe wear a sweater or jacket. Get under an electric blanket. Raise the temp in the house. Stand by a fire in a fireplace. One of these ought to work.
