I have proved and have an admission from the CSA that they fouled up my claim, it took over ten years and the debt is out of control now. My children will never see a penny - The debt is £33k! I can't sue as the law lords have passed a law making it impossible to do so.

happened to me too. now my son is 26 and he has is own kids to support. and they can't touch his sperm donor (ex husband) because he hid out long enough to get away with it. Funny they didn't mention it was gonna go down that way until it was all ready over and done with.

i'm assuming this wasn't court docket-ordered yet has been arranged for the time of the state. It seems such as you gave the DA's place of work permission to bypass after your boyfriend. Your boyfriend will pay directly to the state and the state will hold a small share, then situation you a verify. next time, do not sign something except you be attentive to what that's you're signing. Why could you are trying this???

the child support promised their help in getting their absent father to support them when he left, and my kids were 4, 2 and 6 weeks. I had a letter off them about 6 months ago letting me know that they were getting him to pay £42 a week.....which sounds ok, except my kids are 15, 13, and 11 now!!!!!!!!! i think I should give up on the Child Support Agency !!!

Well tuff on you and seeing as you seem to be ok you can do without the money, seeing as the money is not the main thing is it. The main thing is your children are ok and you don't and cant miss what you never had, so let the money go.

As for the CSA they are and will always be a balls up, they try and force the men that do pay to pay for every ones kids.

well done Labour............job well done more millions lost hurry

That is disgusting, it happens here in the states constantly. I am sorry...it takes a sorry excuse of a man to ignore the needs of his children.

Could you or the children mount a legal suit against the absent father? Might be a possibility...

The CSA is going to be done away with, isn't it?
If they didn't care before, you don't expect them to answer the phone now do you? they're probably all looking for new jobs using government phones, stationery and e-mail.
