liquid eyeliner on inside rim? if you miss, its SOO painful, and your eyes get super-irritated. lol, i think your so much safer putting it on the inside---it also makes your eyes look smaller when you out it on the inside.

They couldn't use liquid eyeliner on the inside of the eyelid because it would irritate the eye would cause it tear or water. Your eye is naturally wet so the pencil eyeliner will come off throughout the day, so you really have no choice but to reapply. The only thing I could suggest is to look for a waterproof eyeliner but that may cause problems with your tear ducts so I would use caution.

I would go with the pencil liner too. Your eyes have to re-hydrate themselves.... a lot. Anything you put there is going to fade quickly, because your natural moisturizers go there too. There are a lot of make-up artists that refuse to use lower liner because the effect is a closing of the eyes. Your purpose in eyeliner is to open them and draw attention. Thinking that way it may eliminate the problem altogether. If you still want lower liner, try the liquid on the outside lid and use a matching stick on the inner, this way it will still look okay when it's not touched up.

There are lot of celebrities have makeup artists around 24/7 and do constant touch up. A trick I know is to use a dark eye shadow under the eye because it stays on and looks so much better.

isn't that bad for your eyes?
i would try something that says it would stay on and is waterproof so it wont smudge with tears, but i wouldn't suggest putting it that close to your eyes, maybe right under the lashline or something.

i wouldn't recommend putting it inside that could be painful i mean havent you ever got it in your eye when you were aplying it on the outside....plus putting it inside will make your eyes look smaller.

You shouldn't put it there. Put it just under the lashline and it will stay.
