No I have never given a woman a titty twister but I have accidentally elbowed them (I'm pretty tall) and I can definetly say they don't like it. To the first answerer a woman never has reason to kick a man in the groin unless he has put his hands on you w/o your permission.

The only justifiable reason for kicking a guy in the groin is to defend your life. Not because he pissed you of, not because you thought it would be funny.
No, I have never given a woman a titty-twister. It never even occured to me to do so.
