You can never be arrested for looking at porn. It's illegal to sell porn to minors, and to make porn with minors, etc. but as the person looking at it, you are pretty much home free. Some states have laws that are more strict than others however.

You know that is a good question, I never heard of any one underage being fined or jailed for watching porn or reading porn magazines, even to parents too. They would get in trouble and lecture for it by law enforcement officers and parents. I think the parents were be held liable for it.

As long as it is not child pornography, it is not illegal for anyone over 18 to view pornography, as long as it is not in the presence of a minor. It may be illegal for a minor to view pornography, and it is always illegal to supply a minor with pornography.
It is ALWAYS illegal to view, own, purchase, sell, send or receive child pronography!
