I am 19 years old and I have no idea what I want to do in life.. I took classes to become a Denat Hygienist and it didn't work out for me. I considered takin Law enforcement and it didnt work out for me.. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO IN MY ******* LIFE.. But the thing I enjoy is teaching. So I think I want to be a high school teacher here in Las Vegas.. Pls.. anybody??? help me out cause I'm falling into depression cause of this.

The previous answer had the basics, but you are in luck that you want to teach in a place that is experiencing extreme growth. Teachers are in high demand in Las Vegas. You might even want to check with the school district about any programs they might have to help those interested in becoming teachers.

You need to go to college , finish a four year degree in secondary education and a minor in the subject of your choosing. If you do not live in Nevada make sure the school you attend has a reciprocity with Nevada for getting a license. Good Luck.

important in English, minor in guidance (based on the faculty classes) in case you have already got a bachelors, only stick to to a district...they are continually searching for instructors and thay have non everlasting licenses so you might use until you get qualified. many faculties even have an expedited software to get qualified to instruct.
