i am 12 years old im a girl i am 5'3 and i weigh 142.5 pounds and i am desperate to get helthy please help me

You are THAT overweight. You shouldn't lose more than 15 lbs. No matter WHAT the other girls are doing. Remember, your body is going to go through a lot of changes as you start puberty--which will probably be in the next year or two. Teenage years are always the gawky years for everyone. Then suddenly, you're 21 and BEAUTIFUL.

Damn girl your small, I'm not sure your weight is the problem have you tried a spine extension (I don't know the technical term for it) But seriously you don't need to loose any weight, on a guy 150-60 pounds is perfectly healthy so on a girl that sounds about right even if you have to shop in the back to school department. You could also spend a month in India, I lost 3 stone and was a huge effort to get my wieght back when I got home.

So easy my dear you are too young just don't eat fatty foods ,sweets ice cream, 15 minutes exercises in early morning and afternoon ..you will succeed next summer you will have only 98 pounds only.good luck

ask your parents to order this for you, but make sure that you do it. you're going thru puberty also so your body is spreading out and everything wonnky like that. just go with the flow. so get your parens to watch this clip on the link and go for it! my sister and i are doing it and love it

ya...u kinda...are i am 13 and i am 14-108 pound...work out run,....do push ups dont eat after 6;00 and only eat if ur dieing... drink alot it helps me alot and dont be online alot get to wokr...
