okay well lets not say the price are the same! i mean u never specified which version of creative or SanDisk sansa u want to go for!
Sansa Series is generally less powerful but cheaper than its rival Creative Zen version.. Zen is really powerful and versatile and i'll call it the 2nd best mp3 player in the market (Zen Vision M) (i'll rate No.1 as Microsoft Zune)
personally speaking, on a low budget option, i'd go either for SanDisk Sansa, iRiver E-Series, Creative Zen Nee-on series.. Neeon is a nice trendy lo-budge option in the Zen series and is better than Zen Micro

Creative is definitly better. Do u know how long Creative has been working in the mp3 market? Even longer than iPods. The quality of Sansa can't beat Creative.
By the way, the Zune is pretty interesting, but not the best.

yes well they are both good but the bes and most poweful is creative zen:m vision thats just my opinion cuase i have one myself.
