How about incentives. sales, price cuts for select products jsut to get people in the door. How about a special opening for preferred clients?

Good luck!

If you are a business man in the US, we do not have a "horrible economy." The US economy is the best it has ever been. The GDP has increased by 25% in the past three years.

Your question does not say what is the nature of your business. You have to find out why your business has fallen off. There are some cases where a business can fail, no matter what the owner does.

Brownsville, PA is an example. The business district is totally dead. It has been dying for years. TV programs have been done about it. The Governor and other state officials have put in appearances. Store front buildings are literally collapsing. There isn't even money available to tear down buildings before they fall down.
