or do you think it's those things that have made you stronger and make you a better person?

There are plenty of things I would like to have changed. But like you said, those things are just as much a part of who you are and what you've become as the good things of your past. In the end, while I would certainly liked to have gone back I probably would keep it the same if the opportunity was ever offered.

Yes, I have one really big regret. I regret that I didn't videotape every single episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 while it was still on the air! I had no idea that, despite the personnel changes and the backstage drama, that it would still turn out to be the single greatest TV show of all time. And now they've lost the rights to a lot of the movies they've shown, so they can never be released! I can be at peace with my cratered career and my lack of success with interpersonal relations, but having an incomplete MST3K collection really hurts.

Nope. Yes I wish to change the things I've done in life that I regret. But regret will always stay regret no matter what. You cannot erase regret from you.
I did lot of bad things, sometimes I regret it... but mostly I didn't. Cuz everything happens for a reason. I can't regret what I did cuz that made me who I am today. I have regrets yes, it's normal human nature of course. But I'm not sorry for that because on the other hand is also a human nature...

No. There is no need to look back with regret. Everything that happened to you in the past is just part of the life experience.

Many people get lost by ruminating about past mistakes and fearing some future event that may never materialize.

People should not be trapped into this thought process which only lessens their current life situation.

The present is all that matters. Enjoy it to the utmost.

I do wish that I could change some of choices I've made but then I would not be who I am today.

Usually there is something good which can come from a bad situation, you just can't see it at the time.

Sometimes I think of them as regrets. Other days, I say that they have made me wiser and stronger in a way. Whenever I have a bad day, I compare it to a worser day I've had before and I eventually feel better.

I think that most people regret things in their life. Nobody's perfect. I do believe that those things build character and make us stronger. If everthing was perfect you would never learn a lesson.

absolutely stronger in the sense that ive never felt more alive to learn the lesson...i really feel those who sit and regret, have spent another second that can be on to a new journey. Life is defined by your substance...not your formula.

Of course there are things that I regret, but I am a strong, loving and compassionate person, and those things made me the person I am today, so I believe we live, we learn, we grow!

Its hard to face your past sometimes but hard truth is that it does make you a stronger person and it builds who you are inside and out. Our mistakes are like stepping stones in life. There will always be a step behind us and a step infront of us!
