I bought Counter Strike Zero install the game and everything was going find. couple month later i clean my computer and reinstalled it but then the screen got mess up, when it take me to the menu it freeze and it just got blurr. Other games work normally but for Counter Strike Zero it seem it won't work no more here some information and pictures.

I think ur CSCZ got corrupted for some reason. Uninstall the game & after that remove the left over files in the steam folder. Then install the game again & update it via steam online. Hope this solves ur problem. One more thing, try playing the game in lower resolution i.e 800 x 600. And after that make the resolution of the game equal to the desktop resolution.
