Is Special effects a brand? I have never heard of them...but there are plenty of other hair dye companies out there.

or : Fudge hair color
And last but not least: Color Jamz
They all make temporary color, and have plenty of selection!

I'm not sure of the name of the brand of the hair dye, but in a store called Rite Aid they have it. It's in the regular hair dye aisle, you just have to look for it. They have orange, blue, pink, red, and purple. They probly have more colors too. I'm also not sure of the price.
