Definitely.

I often feel that some days are meant to just lean back and not fight against the restraints of life.

It's hard work and it takes far too much energy.

And you're better off not really accepting defeat but just taking deep breaths and enjoying every moment.

Sometimes it's better to be held back.

It helps when you're on a diet :P

What? You don't like the flavor or something? I guess I just like chewing more... Why do you suppose I get all tied up again for?

I know a guy that has lived a while without the restraints, but I get the impression that it actually gets boring... maybe it helps to have something to struggle against from time to time ot make life more interesting.

depends on the flavor of the restraints. If they are the chocolate ones, I would chew through even on bad days.
But I guess on some days it just isn't worth it... mostly the eggplant flavored restraint days. They do match the paint in my cell though...

If he ever finds a way to restrain me he had better be darned sure that he uses something I can't bite through or he may find he has bitten off more than he can chew...

Good one. Excellent really. And I've lost much of my idealism, so I'll have to say that there really are some days when it's not worth it at all. Thanks.
