Are you meaning temporary or permantly? There are eraser programs that are free and some are paid that remove information from your system. What you delete from your files, are not removed for sure, erasers cover the information supposidly so they cannot be retrieved or read...I use Fast Tracks Eraser (a paid version) runs in stealth in background to erase files, cookies etc when computor has been turned off--I have used retrieving equipment to test it and could not draw info up so it working somewhat.

What stuff do you need erased? If it's files in "My Documents" just go there with Windows explorer and select delete. When done, go to the recycle bin and empty the bin.

If it's programs, go to control panel, add / remove programs and follow the instructions.

If it's your Inernet history, go to tools / general, and on the bottom is a button to clear history. (On Internet Explorer)

If you have stuff on other places in the computer, you'll need to find them and remove manually.

What kind of stuff? Usually you just right click and choose delete, then empty the recycle bin. If you mean software, open the control panel, go to add or remove programs, choose the one you want and click uninstall.
