play a game. when they come for it, say i was wondering how long it would take you to figure out that i had it. here let me unplug it from the cable and my TV for you.

I would not open it! Give it to your neighbor right away because it is a serious crime to open up other peoples mail. Even if you think they will not find out they will because if the neighbor calls UPS and asks where the package is and UPS says they accidentally sent it to you then you will be in jail in no time.

Keep it!! I'd take the tivo out of the box, and then send the box back....so then it'll be delivered to your neighbor, and can no longer be tracked.

That's tough Tivo's are sick. Do you like your neighbor? Will they ever end up inside your house and see it? I say give it back, but that's a tough one!

Integerity/ Honesty ring a bell? UPS guys knows where he put it I bet u that. Maybe report u send cops to check in your home maybe.. Also; now u have evidence u just admitted on your home computer in YAHOO!!!

See, the neighbor part changes things. If UPS just misdelivered it in general, I'd probably keep it. If I knew damn well where it belonged, I'd take it there.
