I would not open it! Give it to your neighbor right away because it is a serious crime to open up other peoples mail. Even if you think they will not find out they will because if the neighbor calls UPS and asks where the package is and UPS says they accidentally sent it to you then you will be in jail in no time.

Keep it!! I'd take the tivo out of the box, and then send the box back....so then it'll be delivered to your neighbor, and can no longer be tracked.

Well would I know if the contents is a Tivo? Well if that was the case, I would return it to my neighbor.

That's tough Tivo's are sick. Do you like your neighbor? Will they ever end up inside your house and see it? I say give it back, but that's a tough one!

I would give it to my neighbor the very next time I see him. Why start going downhill on the slippery slope of being immoral and dishonest?

If someone delivered a turkey dinner to your house that was meant for the old single lady living next door, would you eat it, or give it to the lady?
How can you even ask such a question?

See, the neighbor part changes things. If UPS just misdelivered it in general, I'd probably keep it. If I knew damn well where it belonged, I'd take it there.
