Yes, but not in the sense you are thinking of. We are all children of God in spirit, and a ghost is a spirit. The spirit world is on this Earth, so spirits are all around us, everywhere we go.

I think so cause I surely can't explain in a logical manner what happened to me when I was a child. There were several unexplainable things but I will just tell you the one thing.

I was very young (7 maybe 8 years old) I was sitting in the kitchen on a barstool. The bar sat in the middle of the kitchen. There was those long flouresnt lights above me. Directly behind me (5 feet away) sat the kitchen table. I was resting my head on my hand as I watched my Mom cook dinner. For some reason I looked up at the light and then back at my Mom. The next thing I knew I was flying backwards across the kitchen over the table and landed on my feet between the table and the basement door. As all this was going on I watched the light crash.

I didn't feel anything holding me. I didn't know the light was going to crash. The light didn't start to fall until after I was boosted off the stool. I can't explain this in a logical manner. If I knew the light was going to crash then I could say I jumped, but I did not. If I knew it was going to crash down before it happend then I could say I had some kind of vision which still really isn't logical.

To this day I still don't know how I got from point a to point b. There were other strange things that happend in this home, but nothing to scary. The scary stuff didn't occur until we moved into an old farm house. All I have to say about that place is that I am glad not to be living there anymore.

Most people don't believe me when I tell them what happend but then again if I was told this I would have a hard time believeing too.

No.

What many people think of as proof that ghosts exists is merely something they've experienced but can't explain in any other way than saying that it was a ghost.

People who are unable to sleep for several days because of an illness, for example, might hallucinate and "see" dead relatives while he is still awake. A person who didn't know it was the brain taking time out to "dream" while awake might believe that his dead relatives came back to comfort him in his illness.

Photographs of ghosts (orbs, etc.) are little more than way-out-of-focus specks of dust or other airborne particles too close to the flash and lens of the camera.

Still other photographs are merely misuse of the camera. A shaky hand can cause blurs. A person who doesn't know how to properly use the "night portait" setting on a camera might see "energy" from distant lights.

When people visit a "haunted house" they've usually been told what "ghost" is there and where. That biases the visitor--even subconciously--and the visitor will then "feel" something.

John Edward, Sylvia Browne and other "psychics" who claim to talk to the dead are only skilled in an art called "Cold Reading". A major factor in a successful "Cold Reading" is the psychic tossing out very vague references ("I'm seeing water.") and the person being "read" only remembering the "hits"--the vague references the psychic got right--and forgetting the "misses".

There is always an explaination to a "ghostly experience". It's just that the person who experienced it may not know what it is other than to believe it was a ghost.

No, they're just a myth. Truly, there are things like ghosts, spirits and Angels, but all those shows about seeings of ghosts, they look really really real, but trust me, it's just the computer stuff, it's not real.

yes ghosts are real. ive seen and hear about them on the news also. but as sylvia browne(a psyhic) said if you see any all you have to tell them is to follow the light.
