He did it for the new album. He was going for the patient look. From some of the remarks I've seen on here, he pulled it off nicely. lol.
Personally, He can shave it off for all I care. Just keep the music coming my way. (Ok..I lied..Please don't shave it...bald men are so nasty looking.)

I admit he looked ten times better when it was longer, much more striking and shockingly sexy!! but as he said himself:
"I never expected so much attention, headlines even, because of the change in the way I looked," he claims. "But it was a strong form of resignation against pre-conceived notions of how we look and how we are. We became a different band."

It doesn't matter whet he looks like, it's music... but I noticed he changed his hair around when Adam Lazzara (Taking Back Sunday) did. Adam changed his back, but I guess Gerard is sticking with it. I just figured they might be friends because I've seen a bunch of pictures of them hanging out.

I think it is spelled My Chemical Romance and I don't know. Maybe he got bored with people flicking through dictionaries trying to find the right words and having raptures over it lol?

I dont care what his hair looks like as long as he's alive and keeping the band going then im fine. At first i was like :O but then when i saw welcome to the black parade video then i thought it actually suits him
