After successfully bidding and paying for an item using paypal I get a message from Ebay that the item/seller has been removed for breaching one or more of their policies. They say any offers or bids placed on this listing are now null and void. However when I checked with my credit card the transaction had gone through.
HELP!!

I would put the charge in contest with my credit card first. (call the number on your credit card and indicate that you want to file a contested charge)

I would then contact Paypal and file a complaint there. Of course it goes without saying that you should have already contacted the seller for a refund.

.
You used PayPal. Very wise.
PayPal has a good refund policy...
Go directly to the PayPal site >
log in > go to the purchase in question >
make a grievance.

They will recind payment for you, and credit your PayPal account. I have done this successfully.

E-Bay guide you through getting your money back. You have to fill in a complaint form with all the details of the transaction. I did it once, and they were very swift in putting my money back into the account.

If you go to the E-Bay Site, you will find a link to Make a Complaint. Good luck.

File a chargeback with Paypal. Also, try to contact the seller as it is them you have the contract with, not eBay.
