My dear friend Mrs. Smith ,makes great pies all year long.
Pick out what you want, cook according to directions and enjoy. No one will care that you didn't make it yourself.
P.S. My other friend Sara Lee , makes pies too!

I'm making a pecan pie from the BH&G cookbook. It's super simple and fast.

Pumpkin and pecan pies are traditional, and very nice. A chocolate cream pie is a pleasant alternative.

Easy pies:

Two packages of any flavor instant pudding.
Cool whip.
Graham cracker or if appropriate, chocolate cookie crumb crust.

Use pie directions on pudding, pour into crust top with cool whip!
You can add chocolate chips or marshmellows or fruit toppings as well.

its easy if you buy the crusts premade...just made one Its the best kind!!
